YOUR COMMUNITY STUDIO FOR BUSY, MODERN FAMILIES
At KINDRED FLOW YOGA + WELLNESS,
we celebrate the ancient wisdom of yoga in uniting body, mind, and spirit through movement and breath.
We provide a variety of styles of yoga through weekly classes, many special events and workshops,
plus 4-6 week series (for beginners, meditation, and more)
so we can offer you many opportunities to deepen your knowledge, awareness, and practice.
Kindred Flow Yoga is home to all levels of practitioners,
recognizing that each individual has their own, unique path to follow,
just as the river finds its own path flowing to the sea.
We honor that what feels right for you today might not yield that same feeling tomorrow;
we are OK with that, and we will encourage you to be OK with it as well.
We believe that each of us as individuals are meant to shine our unique light,
to reflect or rekindle the light of others, that we are meant to seek and honor the light of others
(even those with whom we might disagree),
and to support one another through times of shadow and struggle.
Like water molecules, we are not meant to make this journey alone.
Check out our classes, our professionally trained instructors, and find what works best for you.
Please offer suggestions, ask questions, and help us help you honor your own needs.
We look forward to breathing, moving, being, and growing with you!

My Story
Prioritize Your Wellness
As a Yoga Alliance-certified Yoga Instructor for adults (RYT 200) and children (RCYT) in the Cincinnati area, my primary goal is to share with you the many benefits a consistent yoga practice provides. Yoga is more of a "work in" than a "work out" so Yoga for Wellness classes focus on the whole person: body, mind, and spirit.
After finding yoga in 2007, and especially later as a stay-at-home parent and homeschooler, I truly valued the “me-time” yoga afforded. Soon, I found myself telling anyone who asked (and some people who didn't!) I felt like I was a better person – partner, parent, friend – every time I stepped off my mat.
A consistent practice brings me increased strength, mental and physical flexibility, balance, mindfulness, and greater acceptance of myself and others.
As a teacher, I have the opportunity to give you and your loved ones the chance to experience these benefits as well.
