YOUR COMMUNITY STUDIO FOR BUSY, MODERN FAMILIES
At KINDRED FLOW YOGA + WELLNESS,
we celebrate the ancient wisdom of yoga in uniting body, mind, and spirit through movement and breath.
We provide a variety of styles of yoga through weekly classes, many special events and workshops,
plus 4-6 week series (for beginners, meditation, and more)
so we can offer you many opportunities to deepen your knowledge, awareness, and practice.
Kindred Flow Yoga is home to all levels of practitioners,
recognizing that each individual has their own, unique path to follow,
just as the river finds its own path flowing to the sea.
We honor that what feels right for you today might not yield that same feeling tomorrow;
we are OK with that, and we will encourage you to be OK with it as well.
We believe that each of us as individuals are meant to shine our unique light,
to reflect or rekindle the light of others, that we are meant to seek and honor the light of others
(even those with whom we might disagree),
and to support one another through times of shadow and struggle.
Like water molecules, we are not meant to make this journey alone.
Check out our classes, our professionally trained instructors, and find what works best for you.
Please offer suggestions, ask questions, and help us help you honor your own needs.
We look forward to breathing, moving, being, and growing with you!

Yoga for Wellness Classes
Yoga for Wellness classes are designed not only to meet you where you are today, but also to offer you a peek at future possibilities.
Each class, the goal is to leave the mat feeling better than when you arrived, and to take each asana one breath at a time.
Hatha and Steady Yoga
Beyond the Barre Studio, M&W morning 9:30-10:45 a.m., W evening 6:30-7:30 p.m.
This hatha-based yoga class features intentional movement and breath work, peppered with as many or as few vinyasas as you like – yogi's choice! In this class, we sustain the asanas for longer holds than a typical power or vinyasa class, but shorter than a yin or gentle class.
As we mindfully establish each asana from the ground up, we engage our breath and then settle in for several breaths. We will sweat, root, balance, and breathe, and then strive to take our flexibility off the mat after class. Essential oils offered during savasana.

Sunrise Yoga
Station Family + BBQ, Saturday mornings
Join us early Saturday morning for this vinyasa-style hatha yoga practice, which helps increase flexibility of the mind and body, proprioception, physical and emotional balance, strength, and also feelings of calm, empowerment, and empathy.

Gentle Yoga
Blue Ash YMCA, Thursday 8-9 a.m.
Start your day off the right way: grounded on your mat with a slow and mindful flow designed to awaken our bodies and perhaps our mindfulness, too.
