Note: If you have not used the Ubindi platform to register for classes at Kindred Flow Yoga + Wellness before, you will need to jump through a few hoops first.

How to Register as a Student

  • Select the Register button below

  • Select "Newbie? Sign up"

  • Enter appropriate info, including an email you will check

  • Select NO when it asks if you are a teacher. (It's really asking if you will offer your own classes on Ubindi. If the answer is yes, let's talk.)

  • Enter appropriate info and Sign Up

  • Check email for 4-digit code

  • Enter

How to Register for a Class

Scroll the class options on the left side of the screen. Select the title for a brief description of the class. Once you find one that piques your interest, select "Register." On the following pop-up page, you can pay for that particular class by selecting the green "Confim & Pay" button at the very top of the page. It should be obvious but it really is not, because of all of our other offerings. Other payment options include our Class Passes or Monthly (or Annual) Subscriptions.

In choosing to use a bare-bones scheduling platform like this, we can keep our class prices reasonable and pay the bills and our amazing teachers. Thank you for understanding!

After School Kids Yoga Class

for K-5th graders at Kindred Flow

Tuesdays, 4:30-5:30 pm

14-week session from 2/6/24 - 5/14/24*

*No class on 4/2/24 due to WCS Spring Break

At Kindred Flow Yoga + Wellness, we believe yoga is more than just a physical practice. Our studio provides a safe and positive space where people of all ages and backgrounds can come together to experience the transformative power of yoga.


In our kids yoga classes, your child will help co-create a safe, fun, and playful environment as we explore the world of yoga using our imaginations, our bodies, and limitless possibilities!

(Well, perhaps a few limits, as we prefer to keep ourselves and each other safe.) 😉

Kindred Flow is dedicated to social emotional learning and crossing our midlines. We use music, props like breathing buddies, pom poms, and scarves, gratitude journals, mandalas, and more to invite some child-led play, ebbing and flowing between active movement and stillness.

We have a passion for kids yoga and believe in the importance of mindfulness and mindful movement, which helps promote stillness and inner balance, especially as a counter-balance to our otherwise structured and reactive days.


*No class on Tuesday, April 2 as Wyoming City Schools' Spring Break is that week.
