How to Register as a Student

  • Select the Register button below

  • Select "Newbie? Sign up"

  • Enter appropriate info, including an email you will check

  • Select NO when it asks if you are a teacher. (It's really asking if you will be offering your own classes. If the answer is yes, let's talk.)

  • Enter appropriate info and Sign Up

  • Check email for 4-digit code

  • Enter

How to Register for a Class

Scroll the class options on the left side of the screen. Select the title for a brief description of the class. Once you find one that piques your interest, select "Register" -- on the next page, you can pay for that class only by selecting the green "Confim & Pay" button at the very top of the page. It should be obvious but it really is not, because of all of our other offerings. See our Class Passes + Subscriptions page for those details.

In choosing to use a bare-bones scheduling platform like this, we can keep our class prices reasonable and pay the bills and our amazing teachers. Thank you for understanding!

After School Kids Yoga Class

for K-5th graders at Kindred Flow

Mondays, 4:30-5:30 pm

12-week session from 9/18/23-12/11/23*

At Kindred Flow Yoga + Wellness, we believe that yoga is more than just a physical practice. Our studio provides a safe and positive space where people of all ages and backgrounds can come together to experience the transformative power of yoga.

 

Your child will help co-create a safe, fun, and playful environment as we explore the world of yoga using our imaginations, our bodies, and limitless possibilities!

(Well, perhaps a few limits, as we prefer to keep ourselves and each other safe.) 😉

​

Kindred Flow is dedicated to social emotional learning; we use music, props like breathing buddies, pom poms, and scarves, gratitude journals, mandalas, and more to invite some some child-led play, ebbing and flowing between mindful movement and stillness.

​

We have a passion for kids yoga and believe in the importance of mindfulness and mindful movement, which help to promote stillness and inner balance, especially as a counter-balance to our otherwise structured and reactive days.

 

*No class the Monday after Thanksgiving (no school for students)
