aligned + alive workshop: core desires + sound bath
Join local author of “Lose Your Inner Critic for Good” and owner of Practical Spirituality, Sue Erhart, and founder of Remembering Roots, Jordyn Martin,
as they provide you the time and space to feel grounded, clear, and more connected to what you truly want.
First, Sue will help you explore and identify your 8 Core Desires and how they reflect the patterns informing your current identity/season. Learn how these inner drivers reveal your next aligned steps in work, relationships, and personal growth.
Then, Jordyn will lead you into an integrative Sound Bath to renegotiate these old belief systems with your new insights on a cellular level.
Together, this immersive experience will blend contemplative insight with sensory healing. All of this, and well before kick-off, too.
sunday, February 8, 1-3:30 pm
Schedule on Ubindi. First, register as a new student, then scroll the calendar to register for the workshop.

family Yoga
Gather your kiddo or kiddos ages 5-9, and join Yoga Alliance Registered Childrens Yoga Teacher (RCYT) Tiffany West one Saturday afternoon each month as she creates an opportunity for yoga play the whole family can enjoy! Themes vary each month and materials are provided. Expect to explore yoga poses, some breathwork, partner poses, laughter, and more! Space is limited to six families. This is a great bonding opportunity for kids and parents, grandparents, or nannies.
Our next classes are Saturday, Feb. 21 and March 14, 12:15-1:30 pm. Your family can pay $30/session or you can purchase a $75 Family Yoga three-class pass in the Packs section for a discount.
kundalini Yoga + gong
Twice a month, Kindred Flow Yoga offers Kundalini Yoga classes. Join us on the second Wednesday of the month from 9:30-11 am, and the fourth Sunday of the month from 11:15 am-12:45 pm.
Kundalini yoga is a steady, reliable practice that soothes the nervous system and restores balance across the physical, subtle/energetic, mental and emotional layers of being. Each class delivers an elevated experience by weaving together elements of breathwork, dynamic yoga exercises, mantra/sound, meditation, and deep relaxation, often accompanied by the symphonic gong.
Called the “yoga of awareness,” this practice reconnects you to your natural clarity, resilience, and vitality while paradoxically delivering an experience of deep inner peace.
Save money by purchasing a Kundalini Yoga: 5-class pass in the Packs section of Ubindi, or pay the drop-in Kundalini Yoga rate. Next classes are Wednesdays, Feb. 11, March 11, and April 8, and Sundays, Feb. 22, March 22, and April 26.
yoga nidra
Yoga Nidra is an ancient yogic practice which modern science now identifies as a highly effective mind-body therapy. It invites practitioners to experience a deep level of relaxation described as a state of being somewhere between wakefulness and sleep, where one can be a quiet observer. Our next classes are Friday, Feb. 13, March 27, April 4, and May 8, from 6-7:15 pm.
Each class, your instructor will provide time for you to set an intention for the practice, some grounded, gentle movement, and pranayama (breath-body) practice. Then we will invite you to get as comfortable as you can, using studio props or your own, as you settle in for deep rest. Your teacher will then walk you through a guided meditation combining traditional methods and modern scientific insight to help you feel both more connected to self, and a curious witness to your underlying peace.
candlelight yoga (winter months)
Savor a gentle flow to calm the mind. Postures will be held longer, allowing you to feel fully engaged and present on your mat. Additionally, this allows you to embrace the pranayama (breathwork) aspect of the practice. Our next classes are Friday, Jan. 30, Feb. 20 and March 13, 6:30-7:30 pm.
The atmosphere is cozy, tranquil, and soothing as your practice is accompanied by the flickering glow of candlelight.
Prepare to unwind, relax, and surrender to complete bliss. Perhaps you will even find a personal understanding of the term, “Om” — the sacred sound of the universe, representing the unity of the individual soul to universal consciousness.
chair Yoga at be.
On Tuesdays at 11:30 am, participate in a special Chair Yoga class downstairs at be. — the market is closed, but opportunities for your wellness are not! Join Kristi Johnson for 45 minutes of seated stretching from the comfort of your chair, with optional balance poses using the back of the chair for support. This gentle yoga class is accessible and will help increase your flexibility and range of motion, and improve your muscle strength while reducing stress. Purchase a discounted Chair Yoga subscription or class pass to reduce the per class rate.
somatic yin Yoga
Twice a month, join us for a Somatic Yin Yoga practice, to help you feel safe coming into your body and thereby the present moment. You will increase your range of motion while loosening the fascia that keeps us constricted and tight. Modifications are always available as you explore your inner sensations and determine what is safe for you in the moment.
Your class passes and monthly or annual subscriptions can be used toward these classes. For more details, visit Presence with Love.
Classes are generally (but not always) held the first Saturday of the month from 12:15-1:30 pm, and the third Sunday of the month from 11:15 am-12:30 pm. Next dates are Saturdays, Feb. 7 and March 7 and Sundays, Feb. 15 and March 15.
sound bath + acupuncture
Join Jordyn Martin, of Remembering Roots, and Andi Eubank, of A Touch of Energy Aesthetics, once every two months for this experience.
Healing is a sacred act of remembrance—of who we are at our core and the innate wisdom within the body. By attuning to the body’s frequency and the grounding elements of the earth, Jordyn helps restore balance to the nervous system, release stagnant energy and emotions, and bring the body back into a state of harmony and vitality. Adding acupuncture to the sound bath experience can provide a deeper sense of calm and energetic balance, enhancing relaxation through gentle needlework as sound frequencies wash over you. This treatment helps calm the nervous system, reduce stress, and promote a deep state of healing and inner peace.
This bimonthly offering is based on the availability of our providers. The next Sound Bath + Acupuncture offerings are Saturday, Feb. 7 from 7-8:15 pm, and then Saturday, April 25, 7-8:15 pm. Scroll the calendar to purchase the class on the date of the event, or purchase under the Packs section (expiration: 90 days) and then pre-register closer to class.
