Whether you are a true beginner, or or you are choosing to begin your yoga practice again, this 4-week series is a great place to learn the basics.
Designed to help you feel empowered to eventually roll out your mat in a group class setting, Jill will provide you eight hours of personalized instruction including modifications for YOUR body. You will learn yoga movements found in any traditional class, the philosophy behind the practice, and what to do for yourself when the teacher gives certain cues. The benefit is everyone in the room is a beginner too!
Use our blocks, bolsters, blankets, and straps to find your way into your shape, your practice, your yoga.

OM Shanti Prenatal Yoga

This 3-week series is a chance for expectant moms to tune in -- not only to your needs, but also to your baby's needs. Deepen your connection to your little one as you mindfully move in a way that celebrates and honors your changing body. Natasha will show you how to use props to support your body in your current stage, and offer you insight about future changes and how you can channel your inner yogi through labor and delivery as well!
Natasha has been treating pregnant women like queens since she first became a yoga instructor. No matter which trimester you are in, you will receive individual guidance throughout class, and you will leave feeling lighter and more capable than before!
Register below and ask a mama friend to join you. The community aspect of prenatal yoga is a double bonus as you travel this path together, finding connection with other mamas on a similar journey.
One Friday a month, spend an entire evening enjoying a sweet restorative practice guided by Alicia Adkins. This class is suitable for beginners through advanced yogis, and includes gentle movement, a guided meditation, and deep relaxation.

Child + Caregiver
Gather your kiddo or kiddos ages 5-9, and join RCYT Tiffany West one Saturday afternoon each month as she creates an opportunity for yoga play the family can enjoy! Themes vary each month and materials are provided. Space is limited to six child/caregiver pairs. This is a great bonding opportunity for kids and parents, grandparents, or nannies. Sibling discount available.

Tip of the Month
On the first Wednesday of each month, join RYT 500 Kara Garrod for a Wellness Wednesday tip of the month. This 30-minute zoom session is free and come as you are. Themes will vary with the seasons and will lean heavily on aspects of Yoga, Pranayama, Ayurveda, and Habit Formation.
