Toddler & Me: Yoga Adventures

Join Registered Children’s Yoga Teacher (RCYT) Tiffany West as she guides you and your toddler through some yoga adventures together.

Thursdays, 9-9:30 am

***** FREE class on Thursday, July 2 *****

Stretch, wiggle, roar, and explore!

This playful yoga class invites toddlers and their grownups on imaginative adventures through movement, music, stories, and fun. Together, we will become fluttering butterflies, tall trees, playful puppies, and shining stars — all while exploring age-appropriate yoga poses and mindful movement.

Each class encourages connection, creativity, confidence, and coordination through songs, games, breathing exercises, and plenty of laughter.

No yoga experience is needed — just bring your imagination and a sense of adventure!

Great for toddlers ages 18 months - 4 years and their caregiver.

Prenatal Yoga Classes

Pregnant mamas deserve to move their bodies not only in a way that feels good, but also in ways that are safe for their evolving bodies. Our team of teachers is specifically trained in offering prenatal yoga, and can help you do precisely that.

Next classes: Thursdays, 5:30-6:45 pm*

July 9, 16, 23, and 30

Use props like bolsters, blocks, and blankets to make your practice as accessible as possible, under the guidance and loving care of our attuned instructors. Sign up for a 4-class pass for Prenatal Yoga classes (in the Packs section) to enjoy a discounted per class rate, or pay per class each week.

*Future offerings are determined by the number of our prenatal clients we have and the availability of our specially trained prenatal yoga teachers.

Please tell your expectant friends about us, and email us at kindredflowyoga@gmail.com if you are interested in attending future classes!

family Yoga

Gather your kiddo or kiddos ages 5-9, and join Yoga Alliance Registered Childrens Yoga Teacher (RCYT) Tiffany West one Saturday afternoon each month as she creates an opportunity for yoga play the whole family can enjoy! Themes vary each month and materials are provided. Expect to explore yoga poses, some breathwork, partner poses, laughter, and more! Space is limited to six families. This is a great bonding opportunity for kids and parents, grandparents, or nannies.

Our next classes are:

Saturdays, from 12:15-1:30 pm

July 18, August 22, and September 19

Your family can pay $30/session or you can purchase a $75 Family Yoga three-class pass in the Packs section for a discounted per class rate.

kundalini Yoga + gong

Twice a month, Kindred Flow Yoga offers Kundalini Yoga classes. Join us on the second Wednesday of the month from 9:30-11 am, and the fourth Sunday of the month from 11:15 am-12:45 pm.

Kundalini yoga is a steady, reliable practice that soothes the nervous system and restores balance across the physical, subtle/energetic, mental and emotional layers of being. Each class delivers an elevated experience by weaving together elements of breathwork, dynamic yoga exercises, mantra/sound, meditation, and deep relaxation, often accompanied by the symphonic gong.

Called the “yoga of awareness,” this practice reconnects you to your natural clarity, resilience, and vitality while paradoxically delivering an experience of deep inner peace.

Save money by purchasing a Kundalini Yoga: 5-class pass in the Packs section of Ubindi, or pay the drop-in Kundalini Yoga rate. Next classes are Wednesday, June 10, and Sunday, June 28.

yoga teacher training (YTT)?

If you are curious about joining our next Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) program — whether to deepen your personal yoga practice, or to learn how to become an effective yoga instructor — you can join us in person during one of the following Open Houses at the studio:

  • Sunday, July 12, 11:30 am - 1:30 pm

  • Saturday, ____________________

  • Sunday, _____________________

  • Saturday, ____________________

Oh, and don’t worry, you don’t have to attend the entire two hours! Just show up somewhere in that time frame to ask the questions you have and to learn more! Could be 10 minutes, could be more … We will have the books our YTTs have utilized on hand for you to look over, and you can chat with 1-2 of our three YTT instructors.

You can also schedule a 1:1 chat with Kara, if you prefer.

Our anticipated starting weekend is either September 26-27 or October 3-4.

yoga nidra

Yoga Nidra is an ancient yogic practice which modern science now identifies as a highly effective mind-body therapy. It invites practitioners to experience a deep level of relaxation described as a state of being somewhere between wakefulness and sleep, where one can be a quiet observer. Our next classes are (stay tuned).

Each class, your instructor will provide time for you to set an intention for the practice, some grounded, gentle movement, and pranayama (breath-body) practice. Then we will invite you to get as comfortable as you can, using studio props or your own, as you settle in for deep rest. Your teacher will then walk you through a guided meditation combining traditional methods and modern scientific insight to help you feel both more connected to self, and a curious witness to your underlying peace.

On Tuesdays at 11:30 am, participate in a special Chair Yoga class downstairs at be. — the market is closed, but opportunities for your wellness are not!

Modifications are always available as you explore your inner sensations and determine what is safe for you in the moment.

Classes are generally (but not always) held the first Saturday of the month from 12:15-1:30 pm, and the third Sunday of the month from 11:15 am-12:30 pm. Our next Somatic Yin Yoga offering is Sunday, June 21.

Please note, the Somatic Yin Yoga offerings will resume in September. Enjoy your summer break!

sound bath + acupuncture

Join Jordyn Martin, of Remembering Roots, and Andi Eubank, of A Touch of Energy Aesthetics, once every two months for this experience.

Healing is a sacred act of remembrance—of who we are at our core and the innate wisdom within the body. By attuning to the body’s frequency and the grounding elements of the earth, Jordyn helps restore balance to the nervous system, release stagnant energy and emotions, and bring the body back into a state of harmony and vitality. Adding acupuncture to the sound bath experience can provide a deeper sense of calm and energetic balance, enhancing relaxation through gentle needlework as sound frequencies wash over you. This treatment helps calm the nervous system, reduce stress, and promote a deep state of healing and inner peace.

This offering is based on the availability of our providers. The next Sound Bath + Acupuncture offering is Saturday, August 1, from 7-8:15 pm. Scroll the calendar to purchase the class on the date of the event, or purchase the Sound Bath + Acupuncture class under the Packs section (expiration: 90 days) and then pre-register closer to class. If you cannot attend this one, then save the date for Saturday, October 24, 7-8:15 pm.
